Booking & Cancellation Policy
Step 1 · Free estimate
Requesting and receiving your in-person estimate is free. No payment or deposit is required, and submitting the estimate form does not reserve a moving date.
Step 2 · Confirming a booking
Your move is only booked once you choose to confirm it with Kingside and pay the booking deposit described below.
- Booking deposit
- A deposit equal to 50% of the agreed moving price is required when booking a move to reserve the scheduled date.
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled move
- The booking deposit is fully refundable.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled move
- The booking deposit is nonrefundable.
